Information About the Making Connections Unit
The Making Connections Unit, was set up by Jim Byrne and David Donald in 1996 and was a pioneer in the area of Website accessibility. It provided web accessibility consultancy and services to national and local government, as well as the voluntary sector, not for profit and private sector.
The MCU no longer operates as an organisation. The website remains as a source of information for designers and developers interested in accessible web design.
